How research has approached them
Preclinical work on BPC-157 has largely focused on gastrointestinal models and soft-tissue studies in animals.
Preclinical work on TB-500 has centered on cell migration and tissue-remodeling mechanisms, reflecting the parent protein's known biology.
For both compounds, the bulk of published work is preclinical. Human clinical data are limited, which is precisely why provider evaluation matters rather than self-directed use.
Why they appear together
Because the two are studied through different mechanisms, they are commonly combined in protocols — the blend sold as "Wolverine" is simply the two in one vial.
Adding GHK-Cu produces the blend commonly called GLOW; adding KPV on top of that produces KLOW. These are convenience formulations, not distinct compounds.
